Resetting Your Emerald Empire Password When You're Locked Out

If you've forgotten your password or entered it incorrectly too many times, Emerald Empire's system will lock you out temporarily. Here's how to reset access:

Using the mobile app:

  1. Open the Emerald Empire Android or iOS app
  2. Tap "Login" on the home screen
  3. Below the password field, tap "Forgot Password?"
  4. Enter the mobile number or email address you registered with
  5. Tap "Send Reset Link"
  6. Check your phone for an SMS or your inbox for an email (it should arrive within 2–5 minutes)
  7. Tap the link in the message
  8. Enter your new password twice—use at least 8 characters, mixing letters and numbers
  9. Tap "Confirm" and return to the app to log in with the new password

Using the mobile browser:

  1. Go to the Emerald Empire site in Chrome, Safari, or your default browser
  2. Tap the "Login" button at the top right
  3. Select "Forgot Password?" below the login fields
  4. Type in your registered mobile number or email
  5. Tap "Submit"
  6. Open the SMS or email, then tap the reset link
  7. Create a new password and confirm it
  8. Return to the browser and log in

If the reset link doesn't arrive:

  • Check your spam or junk folder if you requested an email reset
  • Make sure you entered the exact mobile number or email you used during registration
  • Wait 10 minutes before requesting another link—sending multiple requests too quickly can trigger a cooldown
  • Try the alternative method: if you requested SMS, request email instead, or vice versa

Once you've set a new password, wait a minute before attempting to log in again. If you're still seeing "incorrect password" errors after a successful reset, clear your app cache or browser cookies (covered below) and try again.

What to Do If OTP Codes Aren't Arriving on Your Phone

Emerald Empire uses one-time passwords (OTPs) to verify logins from new devices or when you request a withdrawal. If the six-digit code isn't arriving by SMS, try these steps:

Check your mobile signal and SIM balance:

  • OTP messages are sent via standard SMS. If you're in an area with weak signal, step outside or move to a window
  • Some carriers block promotional or automated messages if your prepaid load is expired or your postpaid account is suspended. Top up or settle your bill, then request a new OTP

Request a new code:

  • On the OTP entry screen, look for "Resend OTP" or "Send Again"—you can usually request a new code every 60 seconds
  • Don't spam the button; wait the full minute between requests

Use email OTP instead:

  • Some login and withdrawal screens offer "Send OTP via Email" as an alternative
  • Tap that option, then check your inbox and spam folder
  • Email OTPs typically arrive faster than SMS when there are carrier delays

Verify your registered mobile number:

  • Log in using another device where you're already signed in, or contact Emerald Empire support through live chat
  • Ask the support team to confirm the mobile number on file matches your current SIM
  • If you've changed numbers, you'll need to update your account details by providing ID verification

Clear app cache or reinstall:

  • Go to your Android Settings > Apps > Emerald Empire > Storage > Clear Cache
  • On iOS, uninstall and reinstall the app from the App Store
  • Open the app and try logging in again

If OTPs still don't arrive after trying all of these, reach out to Emerald Empire support via live chat on the website or through their official Facebook page. Have your registered email and account username ready.

Fixing 'Account Suspended' or Verification-Required Messages

Seeing an "Account suspended," "Under review," or "Complete verification to continue" message usually means Emerald Empire's compliance team needs additional information before you can log in and play.

Why accounts get suspended:

  • Incomplete identity verification: You registered but never uploaded a valid government ID (e.g., driver's license, passport, UMID, or postal ID)
  • Duplicate accounts: Emerald Empire allows only one account per person. Creating a second account with a different mobile number or email triggers an automatic suspension
  • Withdrawal verification: First-time or large cashout requests often require you to re-confirm your identity and address
  • Unusual activity flagged by the system: Multiple failed login attempts from different locations, rapid deposit-and-withdraw cycles, or simultaneous logins on different devices can trigger a temporary lock for fraud prevention

How to resolve a suspended account:

  1. Check your email and SMS for a message from Emerald Empire explaining the suspension. It will usually list the documents or steps required
  2. If there's no message, log in to the desktop or mobile site and look for a notification banner or pop-up with instructions
  3. Prepare the required documents:
  • Valid government-issued ID (front and back, full view, no cropping)
  • Selfie holding your ID next to your face, clearly showing both your face and the ID details
  • Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate)
  1. Upload these through the "Verification" or "My Account" section if available, or send them via email or live chat as instructed
  2. Wait 24–72 hours for the compliance team to review your submission
  3. Once approved, you'll receive a confirmation email or SMS, and your login access will be restored

If your account was suspended for a duplicate or policy violation:

Emerald Empire's support team will usually close duplicate accounts permanently. You can only keep and use the original account. Attempting to create new accounts after a ban will result in all accounts being closed and any balances forfeited. Contact support to clarify which account is active if you're unsure.

Clearing App Cache or Switching Between App and Mobile Browser

Login problems—especially "session expired," infinite loading screens, or blank white pages—are often caused by corrupted cached data in the Emerald Empire app or your mobile browser.

How to clear app cache on Android:

  1. Go to Settings on your phone
  2. Tap Apps or Application Manager
  3. Scroll to Emerald Empire and tap it
  4. Tap Storage
  5. Tap Clear Cache (do not tap "Clear Data" unless you want to erase saved login details)
  6. Return to the home screen and reopen the app

How to clear app cache on iPhone (iOS):

iOS doesn't offer a built-in cache-clearing option for third-party apps. Instead:

  1. Uninstall the Emerald Empire app by long-pressing the icon and tapping "Remove App"
  2. Go to the App Store and reinstall it
  3. Open the app and log in again

Switching to mobile browser as a workaround:

If the app still won't let you log in after clearing the cache, open your mobile browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.) and go to the Emerald Empire website directly:

  1. Type the Emerald Empire URL into your browser or tap a saved bookmark
  2. Tap "Login" at the top of the page
  3. Enter your username and password
  4. Complete any OTP verification
  5. Once logged in, you can play slots, live dealer games, place sports bets, or request a withdrawal—all from the browser

The mobile browser version mirrors the app's functionality, so you won't lose access to any features.

Clearing browser cache and cookies (if using Chrome on Android):

  1. Open Chrome
  2. Tap the three dots at the top right
  3. Tap Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data
  4. Select Cached images and files and Cookies and site data
  5. Tap Clear data
  6. Go back to the Emerald Empire site and log in

When to reinstall the app completely:

If none of the above fixes the issue and you're seeing repeated crashes, error codes, or login loops, uninstall the Emerald Empire app entirely and download the latest APK (for Android) or reinstall from the App Store (for iOS). Outdated app versions sometimes conflict with Emerald Empire's server updates.

After reinstalling, make sure you're running the most recent version by checking the app's "About" or "Settings" section once logged in.

Responsible Gambling Reminder (21+ Only)

Emerald Empire is intended for players aged 21 and above. If you're experiencing login problems because you've set self-exclusion limits, cooling-off periods, or deposit caps, those restrictions are in place to help you maintain control of your play.

If you or someone you know is struggling with gambling, reach out to local support services or use Emerald Empire's responsible gambling tools—including session reminders, deposit limits, and voluntary account suspension.

Gambling should remain a form of entertainment, not a way to make money or recover losses. Set a budget in pesos that you can afford to lose, stick to it, and never chase losses by increasing deposits orbet sizes beyond your comfort zone.
